本帖最后由 magician 于 2012-8-5 17:47 编辑材料:早白粉(就是吃饭的米打起来的份) 鸡蛋一个或两个不等。白糖 水酵母小苏打
过程:
1.酵母一票根
2.早白粉两碗差不多
3.小苏打一点,可放可不放
4.白糖跟水一起搅拌,至白糖融化。最好是甜一点,因为最好了不会很甜的、
5.鸡蛋打散后跟面粉一起搅拌均匀,像这样没有粉块就可以了
6.等待发酵,需要两三个小时。
7.发酵后的样子,看有很多的泡泡
8.开工。
